A variety of classes, every day of the week
We offer a programme of workshops every month with an emphasis on exploring different and unique aspects of yoga in a 2-3 hour session.
Typical workshops are “working with the yoga ropes”, “calming the busy mind” or “yoga for a healthy back”, to name a few.
In addition, once a month during Saturday Social Yoga, we offer a two hour workshop to enable you to work directly with our yogis in more detail or to try out something new.
Afterwards, we have a chat over coffee and brunch. It’s a great opportunity to meet other students, or introduce someone who’s new to yoga.
