We offer a programme of workshops every month with the emphasis on exploring different aspects of yoga in more detail over a 2-3 hour session.
Every month, focused around our Saturday Social Yoga, we offer a two hour workshop where in the longer session, we enable students to work with the teachers in more detail or try out something new. We have a chat over coffee, brunch and cake afterwards. Its a great opportunity to meet other yoga students and also to bring friends along, who might be interested in trying yoga.
Typical workshops are “Working with the Yoga ropes”; “Calming the busy mind”; “Yoga for a healthy back”; “Liberate the neck and shoulders” to name a few.
