Saturday Social Yoga – Twist into Spring

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

For Saturday Social Yoga this month, we are turning towards Spring and will be twisting. Fantastic for your digestion, it brings vitality and energy to your spine and to your whole self.

And we will enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat afterwards with a chance to meet and chat to some of your fellow yogis.
