ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Joint Health  – We will be looking at Joint Health and how to keep our joints well-oiled and in tip top condition, especially as the temperatures drop and the air is damp. Shoulders, wrists, knees, ankles will all get some tlc

And as always coffee, cake and a chat afterwards.
