Saturday Social Yoga – Back Care

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Back Care – If I had a pound for everyone that comes to yoga with a sore back… We always protect and strengthen backs during our yoga practice, but this session will focus on the back specifically and poses to strengthen the back muscles and activating supporting muscle groups so that the back is fully protected. 

And as always coffee, cake and a chat afterwards.
