Saturday Social Yoga – Shoulders

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

As part of our Saturday Social Yoga Programme, we are looking at shoulders in February. A complex joint that can cause a lot of problems. We will work through poses to keep the joint working through all of its plains and also how to support a shoulder which is causing discomfort.

And we will enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat afterwards with a chance to meet and chat to some of your fellow yogis.
