Back bend into health – let’s make friends with back bends and explore all the health benefits which a regular back bending practice brings us. Accessing the upper back, opening the chest, improving blood flow and flexibility in the spine.You will leave with a spring in your step, with renewed energy ready to embrace the rest of the day.

And as always coffee, cake and a chat afterwards.
