ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
At our Saturday Social Yoga this month we will look at “Living Well”. Focusing on strength, flexibility and a wide range of movement to ensure that whatever your age, you are benefitting from a top to toe workout. Looking at bone density, balance, joint impact we will explore lots of what yoga has to offer you.
And we will enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat afterwards with a chance to meet and chat to some of your fellow yogis.
