With just a week to go before the end of term on 20th December, we wanted to wish everyone at Cheshire Yoga a very Happy Christmas and wish them and their families all the best for the festive period. We look forward to seeing you all back on the mat on 6th January when the new term starts. And don't forget that there is a holiday class on Friday 3rd January 9.30 - 11am and a Joint Health Social Saturday Workshop on 4th January 9.30-11.30am.

With highly qualified and experienced teachers, you will be in safe hands being taught the basics of yoga so that you can enjoy all of its benefits - whether your focus is on getting moving, getting stronger, improving flexibility, toning your muscles, enjoying some headspace, understanding your body better, or wanting to meet new people in a safe, encouraging, friendly environment.

Our Space

Cheshire Yoga is a brand new studio created exclusively for us. We have been able to create a beautiful, calm, serene – and BIG – space. ​ We are fully equipped for Iyengar and other yoga classes, so the teachers can concentrate on what they do best

WHAT DO YOU WANT ?

BREAKING NEWS - Yoga is not just for those that are already flexible. Iyengar Yoga allows for all of us in all of our shapes, sizes and physical capabilities to access yoga at a level to suit. And we have devised our timetable to reflect this, so check out what is on offer
FOUNDATION/BEGINNERS classes - Monday 9.30 & 5.30; Thursday 7pm
GENERAL classes - Tuesday & Wednesday 9.30; Friday 7am & 9.30am
INTERMEDIATE classes - Monday 7pm; Thursday 10am; Friday 1.15pm
SPORTS and CYCLISTs class - Wednesday 6pm
EASY and GENTLE class - Thursday 1pm
MENS class - Tuesday 7pm
